🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Pre-sale items may have a longer processing time (noted on product pages).
  • All orders ship from California warehouse.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
    • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days) is available for an additional fee.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping fees apply.

❗We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

✅ Order & Shipment Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
  • For freight deliveries, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
    • Be sure to include a valid phone number when placing your order.
  • Order cancellation after shipment: We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before checkout to avoid unnecessary shipping and return costs. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the customer no longer wants the item after it has been shipped, the order must go through our standard return process.
    • Refusing delivery or returning the package to sender will be treated as a standard return.
    • Shipping fees, including outbound and return shipping (if applicable), are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
    • A restocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in original condition, has signs of use, or is missing parts.

🚫 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us within 3 days at support@sanitmax.com
  2. Keep all original packaging and damaged goods
  3. Take clear photos or videos of the damage for claim processing

💰 Taxes & Fees

  • Orders shipped within the U.S. may be subject to applicable sales tax.
  • SANITMAX is not responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes (if applicable).

🌎 International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
